WizeHawk Mail Terms of Use

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to WizeHawk Mail, a Windows desktop email application provided by WizeHawk (“we,” “us”). By installing or using WizeHawk Mail, you agree to these terms. These terms apply specifically to WizeHawk Mail and do not automatically govern other WizeHawk products.

1. The service

WizeHawk Mail lets you connect supported email accounts, read and organize messages, compose and send email, handle attachments, and manage local address books. The application is an email client, not an email hosting provider. An internet connection and a functioning account with your chosen email provider are required for online mailbox operations.

2. Your accounts and authorization

You must have the right to access every account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security and complying with your email provider’s terms and acceptable-use rules. Do not use the software to access accounts without authorization or to send unlawful, harmful or unsolicited bulk messages.

3. Free and optional paid features

A free version of WizeHawk Mail is planned. Some features may later be available through an optional paid plan. Any applicable prices, billing periods, renewal and cancellation conditions will be disclosed separately at the point of purchase. This page does not itself create a subscription or payment obligation.

4. Message handling and deletion

Actions such as moving, archiving, sending and deleting messages may change data on your email provider’s server. Permanent deletion or empty-folder actions may be irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing confirmation messages and keeping independent backups of important email. POP3 clients, offline devices and other providers may not reflect server-side changes in the same way as IMAP clients.

5. Third-party services

Google, Gmail and other email services are independently operated. WizeHawk does not control their availability, security, authentication requirements, rate limits or retention policies. Your use of these services is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. Updates and availability

We may make software updates to address security, functionality or compatibility. Features may change as the application develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every email provider or device.

7. Intellectual property

WizeHawk Mail, its branding, application code and distributed themes are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Downloading or using the application does not transfer ownership of its code or branding. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WizeHawk Mail is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will always be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WizeHawk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from interruptions, third-party mail-service failures, or lost data. This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the application or its distribution changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent where the law requires it.

11. Privacy and contact

Read the WizeHawk Mail Privacy Policy for how the application handles email and account information. Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
