Designed for everyday email

WizeHawk Mail is a Windows desktop application being developed to help you read, send, reply to, forward and organize messages from more than one email account. It is an email client, not an email hosting service.

• Multiple accounts: Manage Gmail and supported IMAP/SMTP email services from one Windows application.
• Google sign-in: Connect Gmail through Google’s authorization screen, without sharing your Gmail password with the application.
• Mail folders: Access provider-supported Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam and Trash folders, with message actions and deletion controls.
• Compose and reply: Write formatted emails, handle attachments and reply or forward messages.
• Contacts: Keep a separate local address book for each connected account.
• Windows experience: Desktop notifications, system-tray operation and optional visual themes.

Features and compatibility may change during testing. We are preparing a free edition and evaluating optional paid features for later.

How Gmail access works

When you choose to connect Gmail, WizeHawk Mail opens Google’s own sign-in and consent process. If you grant permission, the application uses Google’s authorized access to connect to your mailbox over IMAP/SMTP and perform the email actions you request: reading, composing, sending, organizing and deleting messages. Google identifies the requested https://mail.google.com/ permission as a restricted Gmail scope because it can access email content and permanently delete messages.

Email and account information are processed by the Windows client and your selected email provider. To improve performance, the client keeps local message caches and account-specific contacts. Your provider continues to host your server-side mailbox. You can revoke Gmail access in your Google Account settings. WizeHawk Mail does not use Gmail data for advertising or sell Gmail user data.

Current availability: Gmail connection is being tested. Public Google authorization and app distribution are pending release readiness and Google’s applicable verification requirements.
